Working under the guidance of principle and senior engineers, you will grow your technical skills in system design, coding best practices, and operational excellence. You will contribute to team success through code reviews, design discussions, and cooperative problem-solving while delivering high-quality solutions. You will gain hands‐on production ownership by debugging issues, supporting deployments, and participating in on‐call rotations to understand the end‐to‐end system lifecycle.
