In this role, you will apply your 4th Class Power Engineering certification and a minimum of five years of relevant experience to manage building operations. Duties include performing maintenance on HVAC and plumbing, managing service notifications through SAP, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols. You'll work closely with the team to enhance building safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily walkthroughs and address building issues • Assist in developing operational procedures • Process and manage service requests promptly • Log equipment readings and maintenance activities • Coordinate utility systems for project work
Requirements: • 4th Class Power Engineering certificate with ABSA registration • At least 5 years of building operator experience • Familiarity with OHS regulations • Robust communication and safety adherence skills • Valid driver’s license for travel to job sites
