Ozz Electric is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager who will oversee multi payroll administration and guide the Payroll team. The ideal candidate will enhance the accuracy of payroll processes and manage compliance with various regulations. Additionally, this role is tasked with supporting labor relations and preparing essential payroll documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle payroll administration for multiple employee groups
• Oversee payroll audits to ensure compliance with policies
• Guarantee accurate processing of sick pay,



benefits, and deductions
• Supervise year-end reconciliations and government filings
• Prepare internal and external payroll reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of payroll management experience
• PCP certification is essential
• Experience with unionized payroll administration
• Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. payroll tax regulations
• Proficiency in payroll systems, ideally Jonas or ADP
