Company Description Fasia Release and Anxiety and Stress Management is a wellness-focused organization dedicated to supporting clients in reducing physical tension and emotional stress. The company offers specialized services in fascia release, kinesiology-based techniques, and holistic stress management. The team ( under direct supervision of Dr cyrus Salimian, MD, GP, DC : registered canadian board certified Doctor of Chiropractic) works collaboratively to create a calm, supportive setting where clients can improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.
Role Description The Kinesiologist will provide on-site services in Canada, focusing on fascia release, movement-based therapy, and anxiety and stress management techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients’ physical and functional status, developing individualized treatment plans, guiding clients through therapeutic exercises, and applying appropriate fascia release methods. The role also involves educating clients on posture, movement patterns, and self-management strategies, documenting sessions, and collaborating with other wellness professionals as needed.
This is a part-time, on-site role that may require flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.
Qualifications
- Possess strong skills in kinesiology and movement assessment, including the ability to design and modify individualized exercise and treatment plans.
- Demonstrate competency in fascia release techniques and manual therapy approaches appropriate to scope of practice.
- Have experience or training in anxiety and stress management, such as relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and client coaching for lifestyle changes.
- Exhibit clear, empathetic communication skills and the ability to build professional, trust-based relationships with diverse clients.
- Hold relevant education in Kinesiology or a related field; professional certification or licensure in Canada is strongly preferred where applicable.
- Show strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work safely and ethically in an on-site setting.
- Previous experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or wellness environment is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and engage in ongoing professional development.
