Enso Japanese Eats is looking for an experienced Kitchen Staff / Cook to join our team in Calgary. As our wholesale and catering business continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable individual with commercial kitchen experience to help prepare high-quality Japanese menu items and bento boxes.

Job Details:
- Position: Kitchen Staff / Cook
- Wage: $16.25 / hour
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – Until daily production finish (approx. 6 to 8 hours/day, usually wrap up by 2:00–4:00 PM)
- Weekly Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
- Days Off: Wednesdays & Fridays (Fixed schedule)
- Work Location: 1304 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB
Key Responsibilities:
- Food preparation, cooking, and assembling bento boxes, sushi, and Japanese dishes for wholesale and catering orders.
- Maintain station organization, kitchen sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Daily kitchen cleanup and prep maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Previous food prep or kitchen experience in a restaurant/commercial setting (Experience with Japanese cuisine or sushi prep is highly desirable).
- Punctual and able to start work at 8:00 AM consistently.
- Efficient, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
