Responsibilities:

Provide customer support in Korean via chat, email, and phone

Assist users with inquiries, account-related requests, and issue resolution

Deliver accurate information and timely solutions

Escalate complex cases when necessary

Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently

Requirements:

C2 level Korean proficiency

Strong communication and problem-solving skills





Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

Willingness to relocate and work in office in the UAE

Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented personality

Previous customer service experience is a plus
