- Obtain quality blood samples using skillful venipuncture
- Conduct patient tests and maintain quality metrics
- Accurately enter patient and test information
- Sort and prepare specimens for laboratory processing
- Ensure compliance with established protocols and regulations Requirements:
- Secondary School diploma and Lab Assistant training
- Strong focus on customer service and care
- Proficient in phlebotomy techniques
- Detail-oriented with ability to self-manage
