This role focuses on fostering independence in individuals with learning disabilities in a variety of settings.Working 22.5 hours per week, you will provide hands-on support across homes in Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, and Garboldisham. Your role involves helping clients maintain their independence while managing complex behavioral needs and building effective relationships with diverse teams.
