Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with managers on employee relations • Oversee HR operations, onboarding, and offboarding • Process payroll accurately with vendors • Support recruiting using the DECIDE framework • Enhance workplace culture and engagement initiatives

Requirements: • 8+ years of HR business partnership experience • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of Canadian employment standards • Proficient in ATS platforms and HR technologies • Experience in a SaaS or global organization is beneficial
