As a Final Assembly Lead Hand, Moment Energy seeks a qualified individual to supervise the assembly team dedicated to producing advanced battery energy storage solutions.
Ideal candidates should have a background as an Industrial Electrician or Millwright with strong hands-on skills. In this role, you will ensure high quality and safe assembly practices, directly influencing product readiness and team performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct assembly workflows for complete battery systems
- Operate cranes and forklifts for effective material handling
- Ensure precise adherence to engineering and quality standards
- Conduct End-of-Line and Factory Acceptance testing
- Facilitate the development of technicians and apprentices Requirements:
- Canadian Journeyperson certification or extensive experience
- At least 5 years in heavy machinery or assembly production
- Expertise in electrical diagnostics and testing compliance
- Strong grounding in the Canadian Electrical Code
