SECURE is seeking a hands-on Lead Operator in Hughenden, AB to lead the secure, efficient operation of the terminal and pipeline gathering system. You will supervise, coach, and train Operators while ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and governance programs.

This role includes a 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for on-call needs and potential project-site relocations as required. A strong leadership mindset and commitment to safety are essential.
