Job DescriptionWhat is the chance?We're seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our engineering team. You'll design, build, and maintain scalable applications across our full technology stack, working with modern frameworks and cloud-native infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, influence technical direction, and take ownership of complex projects from conception through production.What will you do?Develop and optimize full-stack applications using React for frontend experiences, with Node.Js and Python for backend services.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, architecture, security) to translate requirements into scalable solutionsBeyond these core technologies, you'll evaluate and integrate new tools as business needs evolve.Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code; conducting code reviews; participating in architecture discussions; Collaborating cross-functionally with product and design teams; and ensuring applications meet performance, security, and reliability standards.Contribute to documentation, participate in on-call rotations, and help establish engineering best practices.What you need to succeed?Must Have:3+ years of software development experiencePolyglot programming expertise (JavaScript, Python, HTML5/CSS, Shell scripts)Expert-level full-stack development (React/HTML5, Node.Js/Python, microservices)Strong fundamentals: AI, agent, MCP server/client, microservices, OAuth2, PostgreSQL, OOP, design patterns, securityDemonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teamsExperience influencing technical decisions and owning solution architectureAbility to work in a fast paced and agile development environmentNice to Have:Cloud platforms (OpenShift, AWS, Azure)DevOps expertise (GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes)Test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline optimizationExperience with agile transformation or process improvementAI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code)What's in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best,
