In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Integration and Warehouse Operations, where your leadership will ensure effective material handling in a unionized setting. With extensive experience in logistics and strong interpersonal skills, you will motivate your team to achieve operational excellence and sustainability in processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily leadership and coaching to warehouse staff
- Implement and refine operational procedures continuously
- Ensure inventory compliance and audit preparedness
- Drive performance by communicating and tracking KPIs
- Guarantee secure handling of materials per aerospace standards

Requirements

- More than 10 years in logistics/supply chain, 5 years in leadership
- Solid logistics and inventory management experience
- Union environment experience is a strong asset
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office Suite
- Bilingual proficiency, English and French
