Reporting to the Junior Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring both resident relations and maintenance standards are upheld. Your role will play a key part in creating a thriving community and fostering high resident satisfaction through exceptional service and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities: • Cultivate strong relationships with residents and co-workers • Address resident concerns and inquiries efficiently • Market and lease available apartments effectively • Supervise property maintenance and cleanliness • Provide emergency response and essential services

Requirements: • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or property management • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills • Able to manage heavy items safely • Effective in follow-up and issue resolution
