This role focuses on developing, evaluating, and sustaining employee learning programs under the guidance of the Manager, Employee Programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and executives to conduct needs assessments, create learner-focused content, and utilize adult learning principles. Your expertise in project management will drive the successful execution of learning initiatives while monitoring progress and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop inclusive learning materials across various formats
- Conduct needs assessments to define measurable learning outcomes




- Implement project management tools to track learning initiatives
- Facilitate learning and support facilitators to enhance engagement
- Continuously improve content based on feedback and best practices Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and up to four years' experience
- Proficiency in ADDIE framework and adult learning principles
- Experience with online project management software
- Advanced skills in building reports and dashboards
