Role Description
As a Condominium Property Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Setting and achieving Board objectives.
- Creating and implementing annual working budgets.
- Reviewing organization structures and recommending changes.
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Performing administrative duties such as meeting minutes and file maintenance.
- Negotiating and managing vendor contracts.
- Providing guidance to address homeowner needs.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial positions.
- Supervising building staff and ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Maintaining emergency and community evacuation plans.
- Conducting building inspections and preparing action plans.
- Ensuring due diligence for client funds and assets.
Qualifications
- ACMO General License required.
- Management experience preferred - minimum 2 years
- Understanding of building management, Condominium law, and financial planning.
Schedule & Location:
- Permanent, Full time position.
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
- Must be able to commute/relocate to the Halton Region.
- Downtown Burlington Office right by the lake!
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year based on experience
- Casual dress code, company events, and tuition reimbursement.
