This executive-level role is responsible for aligning operations, enhancing accountability, improving efficiency, and supporting strategic expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader with robust residential construction background, capable of managing complex teams and driving consistent execution across all areas of the business.Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability ToOversee daily operations across all departments including construction, preconstruction, estimating, drafting, client experience, warranty, finance, and sales supportAlign cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of priorities, standards, and goalsSet and maintain KPIs, reporting systems, and accountability frameworks across the organizationImprove operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and strengthening coordination between departmentsManage construction operations with focus on scheduling, trade performance, and build-cycle efficiencyEnsure alignment between construction delivery, financial results, job costing,



and customer experiencePartner with finance and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profitabilitySupport strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives to scale the businessYour strengths include10+ years of leadership experience in residential construction or homebuilding environmentsProven ability to lead multi-department operational teams within established organizationsStrong understanding of residential construction operations, production scheduling, trade management, and workflow systemsExperience with financial reporting, job costing, budgeting, and operational performance trackingStrong executive presence with the ability to lead through structure, clarity, and influenceExcellent communication and organizational alignment skills across multiple teams and stakeholdersSystems-oriented mindset with strong discipline in process improvement and operational executionExperience managing organizations with 30+ employees and multiple leadership layers is highly preferredExposure to KPI frameworks, operational scorecards, EOS, or Lean systems is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
