Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient health needs and document findings • Execute clinical tasks such as medication administration and ECGs • Prepare and maintain examination rooms for patient visits • Support physicians during medical procedures • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle practices
Requirements: • 2+ years of nursing experience in a primary care setting • Completion of an approved LPN program • Current CPR certification from Heart and Stroke Foundation • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Access to reliable transportation for clinic visits
