Reporting directly to the Lifestyle & Wellness Manager, your role involves assisting in the development and implementation of programs that promote residents' holistic wellness.

You will collaborate with a team to encourage participation and gather feedback on program effectiveness. Your proactive and positive approach will help create a fulfilling workplace for residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning of diverse recreational activities
- Promote participation in social and wellness programs
- Conduct regular wellness checks with residents
- Supervise volunteers and coordinate outings
- Maintain confidentiality and security of resident information Requirements:
- Diploma in recreation or Senior Living experience
- Basic First Aid Certificate
- Class 4 Drivers License
- At least one year in a recreational role
