Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain high levels of food safety and sanitation throughout all kitchen activities
- Assist in food presentation to ensure dishes are visually appealing and meet quality expectations
- Support the food service team by efficiently managing multiple orders during busy periods
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety of all ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Ensure timely delivery of meals from the kitchen to the dining area, maintaining optimal quality





Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Strong commitment to food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Experience with serving guests and understanding customer service expectations is a plus
- Basic knowledge of the food industry trends and culinary techniques is beneficial
