We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cook to join our growing team. This role is based at a fixed on-site food trailer, offering a fast-paced and hands-on kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Complete daily prep to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain consistency and service standards
- Ensure orders are prepared and served in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of recent experience as a line cook or in a food truck/trailer kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Valid Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage($19.5) plus tips ($6-$12)
