Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- 1 year to less than 2 years experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Prepare and cook complete meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Prepare meals according to a set menu and monitor portion sizes
- Follow directions from the Chef and Manager
- Maintain the production line and cook to order
- Clean kitchen areas, including dishes, pots, pans, and food service areas
- Operate specialized cooking equipment (e.g., deep fryer)
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff
