Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency

- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by assisting with plating and meal assembly
- Ensure all food served meets quality standards through careful attention to detail
- Follow safety protocols related to cooking equipment and food storage practices
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting required
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is essential
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service expectations beneficial
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands multitasking and teamwork
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment, meal preparation, and cooking techniques required
- Food service experience demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude preferred
