We are looking for an individual or couple to become the live-in caretaker/manager at Las Rocas Apartments in Prince Albert, a quiet and established apartment community with a largely senior tenant base. This role could be a great fit for someone who enjoys people, likes staying active, is reasonably handy and would enjoy becoming part of the community they live in. For a couple, the responsibilities can also lend themselves well to being shared.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job. You would live in the building and help look after the day-to-day things that come up.

Responsibilities include

- Being a friendly first point of contact for residents

- Minor repairs and basic maintenance

- Coordinating contractors and trades when required





- Keeping an eye on the building and property

- Showing available apartments
- Helping with rental applications and references

- Move-in and move-out inspections

- Light grounds and building duties

- General communication with ownership You don't need to be a contractor and you don't need formal property management experience. Being dependable, personable, organized and willing to help is more important to us.
