Senior Director Financial andStatistical Services Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized Finance Clerk to provide supportacross resident accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable,payroll/benefits support, and general finance administration across multipleLong-Term Care homes, including Rainycrest, Emo Health Centre, and Rainy River. This positionrequires regular travel to the Emo and Rainy River Long-Term Care homes toprovide on-site support to residents, families, and staff. The Finance Clerkwill serve as a flexible resource within the Finance Department, providingcoverage and assistance across multiple finance functions during employeeabsences, vacancies, workload pressures, and special projects. Maintain residentaccounts in PointClickCare Process billing,payments, adjustments, and account updates Supportadmissions, transfers,
and discharges Respond toresident and family inquiries Travelto Emo and Rainy River Long-Term Care homes to provide in-person residentaccount support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Finance Support Process paymentsand prepare deposits Monitor outstandingaccounts and assist with collection activities Supportreconciliations, trust accounts, and month-end tasks Assist withaccounts payable processing, general ledger entries, and financialreporting. Providesupport across various finance functions as operational needs require Payroll & Administrative Support Assist withpayroll processing (timesheets, data entry, verification) Support benefitsand pension administration (HOOPP) Maintain filingsystems and financial records Supportstatistical reporting and data entry Qualifications Grade12 or equivalent (finance/accounting education an asset) 1–3years finance, AR, or payroll experience PointClick Care experience an asset StrongExcel and computer skills Strongcommunication and organizational skills Abilityto work independently and travel between sites Validdriver’s license required Working Conditions Office-basedwith regular travel between LTC sites Frequentinteraction with residents and families Combinationof administrative, data entry, and financial work
