As a Welder, you will perform production welding, fitting, and assembly for Schulte products. This role requires MIG welding, quality inspections, and compliance with ISO 9001. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding and other processes as required
• Fit, weld, and assemble components according to specifications
• Prepare materials, including grinding and cleaning
• Conduct first-part inspections and quality sign-offs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of welding experience in manufacturing
• Basic blueprint reading skills preferred
• Welding certification is an asset
• Forklift training may be required
