In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of spiritual care education at Parkland, collaborating with various teams to provide superior emotional and spiritual support. You must hold a graduate-level theological degree and have at least eight years of relevant experience, including certification from ACPE as an educator. Your duties will not only enhance training effectiveness but also improve patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate group seminars and evaluate CPE student performances • Coordinate CPE activities with Spiritual Care department priorities • Develop educational programs for Parkland staff and volunteers • Serve as a knowledge resource for spiritual care education • Maintain ACPE accreditation standards and curriculum development
Requirements: • Graduate theological degree or equivalent qualifications • Minimum eight years of professional spiritual care experience • Certified ACPE educator with four years of experience • Must have ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement • Robust communication and organizational skills required
