Cleantech is seeking a reliable Hybrid Caretaker to join our 170-unit townhome community in Surrey. You will manage site upkeep, janitorial tasks, and coordinate trades, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained property while supporting residents and management. This full time role offers a Thursday–Monday schedule, 9am–5pm, with a pay rate of 21 CAD per hour. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and capable of working independently, taking direction from the Property Manager.
