Step into a key leadership role as Assistant Director of Nursing, collaborating with the Director to oversee nursing staff and services in a patient-centered environment.

This position requires an experienced nursing skilled to assist the Director of Nursing in various aspects, including planning, developing, and supervising nursing staff. As the ADON, you will help implement nursing services, recruit talent, provide staff training, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of care delivered to residents at the facility.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and supervising nursing activities • Recruit, hire,



and train nursing personnel • Oversee clinical operations and resident safety • Act as liaison between residents, families, and doctors • Conduct staff meetings and provide necessary reports

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred • 3-5 years of management experience • Good standing with the State Board of Nursing • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite needed • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
