This position demands expertise in GMAW welding and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings. The right candidate will have a hands-on approach, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and be eager to learn current skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Layout and fit components using specified measurement tools
- Weld structures as per established procedures
- Operate Miller GMAW welding machines for metal fusion
- Conduct maintenance checks and document any issues
- Uphold strict 5S housekeeping standards Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant production experience
- CWB certification under CSA 47.1 is a plus
- Experience in reading blueprints is an asset
- Crane operating training and certification desired
