- Oversee CI staff and program execution
- Drive the CI culture through training and communication
- Conduct audits for MOS and environmental compliance
- Serve on the Environmental Council, ensuring best practices
- Manage departmental budgeting related to CI and Safety Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in CI or EHS
- Certified Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Proficiency in Ontario OHSA regulations
