We are expanding our team and currently seeking an experienced Water/Sewer and Earthworks Mainline Excavator Operator / Sideline Excavator Operator. 5 + years experience preferred and able to display competent skills for final grade. Must carry a valid driver's license and have own transportation.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Protected operation of equipment and work practices.

- Ensure quality control for all workmanship

- Completion of equipment inspection reports on a daily basis

- Follow ALL company procedures and report any incidents

- Perform additional tasks as may be required

Required Skills

- Thorough understanding of construction equipment and methodology required to efficiently install underground pipe and structures.

- Must have knowledge of water, storm and sanitary procedures.

- Extensive knowledge of civil construction, load securement, hoisting,



rigging and lifting techniques/procedures

- Strong communications skillset

- Ability to work with various personalities and provide clear direction

Required Experience/Certification

- In depth experience with locates and working around existing utilities

- Works well independently and with others.

- Experience with trench boxes/cages

- Safety training (First Aid, Ground Disturbance, WHIMIS, CSTS, etc.)

Experience

- Mainline Excavator Operator in Water and Sewer : 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification

- Class 5 Licence (required)
