This full-time role emphasizes interaction with teams like Sales and Engineering while ensuring all financial data is processed accurately. You will report directly to the Accounting Manager and engage in vendor communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly reconciliation for all bank and credit card accounts
• Handle biweekly payroll processing
• Ensure vendor bills are entered correctly into QuickBooks




• Participate in weekly meetings to provide financial insights
• Assist in additional finance-related tasks as necessary
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
