We are searching for an organized and proactive individual to assist our Founder and the leadership team. Your role will include managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and transforming drafts into polished documents. By ensuring smooth administrative operations, you will greatly contribute to inspiring Christians to connect with their communities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support the leadership team with documentation and scheduling • Organize meeting logistics and distribute notes • Maintain an effective digital filing system • Track contractor agreements and payments • Assist with onboarding of new team members

Requirements: • Must be a dedicated Christian with a signed faith statement • Post-secondary education or qualified experience • Proficient in Google Workspace applications • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively
