This full-time position works closely with the Director of Advancement and requires a minimum of three years’ experience in fundraising. Ideal candidates will be relationship-focused, culturally aware, and skilled at engaging a variety of stakeholders including parents, alumni, and community members. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate new major donors
- Build engagement strategies for existing supporters
- Schedule and conduct personal donor meetings
- Manage reporting and recognition for donor contributions
- Support the development of multi-year fundraising plans Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Three years of progressive fundraising experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar
