Take the lead in research management at the University of Waterloo. As a Research Project Manager, engage with the prestigious School of Accounting and Finance to drive impactful research initiatives. This full time role involves coordinating various research activities and resources within the Behavioural Laboratory.

You will collaborate with faculty and researchers to ensure efficient data collection and dissemination of results, supporting critical projects that contribute to the academic community. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate SAF research studies and manage laboratory resources
- Implement and oversee data collection protocols
- Create research ethics applications for the Behavioural Laboratory
- Prepare comprehensive reports for various stakeholders
- Assist in grant proposal writing to enhance funding opportunities Requirements:
- Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years managing academic projects
- Strong experience in research process design
- Ability to lead and mentor students
