As a Manager, you will support ongoing improvements, employee relations, and productive resource usage while collaborating with stakeholders. The position reports directly to the Program Director, contributing significantly to service excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage safe patient service delivery effectively
- Implement best practices in patient-centered care
- Collaborate with community and healthcare stakeholders
- Guide PACU and Endoscopy unit's strategic initiatives

Requirements:

- Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing essential
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Minimum five years of clinical experience required
- Experience leading teams in changing environments
