Employees of our JEDCO division are expected to support and participate in a “culture of safety” and adhere to and be ambassadors of Strike’s Code of Conduct and Values, and to treat others with dignity, respect and fairness. Note: This posting will be used to collect applications to fill current openings as well as anticipated future openings. Future openings are anticipated but not guaranteed.CORE ACCOUNTABILITIESIdentify and report hazards or unsafe work practicesFuel equipment when neededClean construction work areasAssist heavy equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in safely moving equipment and provide assistance in other activitiesPerform other activities at construction sites, as directedErect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades required at construction sitesParticipate in pre-job toolbox meetings to identify potential hazards and measures to eliminate or minimize themCorrect unsafe acts and bring unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisorReturn tools (clean) back to the proper area after the job is complete or at the end of the shiftEnsure the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment while performing tasksQUALIFICATIONSH2S Alive,
