You will develop, monitor, and report on Health & Safety KPIs, drive training, and coordinate investigations while maintaining compliance with applicable legislation and company standards. The role reports to the HR Manager and emphasizes proactive safety culture, data analysis, and cross-site collaboration to improve safety performance.
