Covenant House Toronto is hiring three Youth Reconnect Workers to support at-risk youth in staying engaged in school and securing reliable housing. Based in Toronto, these on-site roles involve direct community-based support, collaboration with schools and agencies, and flexible evening hours. You will assess needs with youth, set goals, link to services, maintain files, and participate in program development.
