Marketing Coordinator, Content

Digital storyteller for a global design leader

About the Role

Entro is advancing our legacy of leadership in branding, wayfinding, and experiential design.

Marketing accelerates that mandate - building awareness and trust with clients, staff, and partners,

and activating the value of their investment in Entro. The Marketing Coordinator, Content creates and manages clear, engaging, and beautiful content across Entro’s digital platforms. Working with the same design rigor our creative teams bring to client work, this role amplifies Entro’s brand, perspective, and leadership. You are a digital storyteller — translating Entro’s work, thinking, and impact into content that drives engagement and supports growth.

This role is focused on marketing and business development — not proposals. The connection to proposals is brand stewardship: you own the templates, run periodic reviews of outgoing submissions, and ensure everything in market is on-brand and up to date.

At Entro, our strength is our people. As a design firm, we solve problems, create interest, and tell stories and we value curiosity, talent, collaboration, camaraderie, and hard work. This role is a true partner in achieving growth, and being engaged in our culture and building internal relationships is central to doing it well.

What You’ll Do

Content Development

- Contribute to content strategies that generate brand awareness, trust, and qualified leads.
- Create short-form video, infographics, and social-ready content.
- Repurpose long-form content into clips and variations across social channels.
- Draft and edit web, campaign, and short-form content with robust attention to design, grammar, and consistency.
- Support the creation of marketing and business-development collateral within established brand guidelines.
- Bring photography and video-production skills (considered an asset).

Digital Marketing

- Manage Entro’s social media channels and website to grow engagement and measure performance.
- Write, schedule, and publish social posts and blog content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Maintain on-page SEO best practices - titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, and internal links.
- Update website content, including news, case studies, and blogs.
- Build, schedule, and send segmented email campaigns and newsletters.

- Use CRM tools to support marketing and business-development activity.

Brand Stewardship & Sales Enablement
- Act as a brand steward (“brand police”): build and maintain templates, review proposal submissions periodically, and ensure all material in market is consistent and current.
- Collect material internally - project stories, milestones, awards, photography and produce external-facing assets from it (collateral, social, case studies).
- Identify opportunities for industry engagement that support sales enablement and growth.

Coordination

- Coordinate photography with Creative Directors.
- Keep marketing materials and project documentation organized, current, and properly filed.
- Conduct research to support content development and industry engagement.
- Support coordination of sponsorships and industry-engagement initiatives.

First 60 days Produce consistently and tighten the brand.
