Drive recruitment initiatives at McGill's Schulich School of Music as a Student Recruitment Supervisor. This role focuses on engaging potential students through diverse outreach strategies and effective event participation. Reporting to the Manager of Student Services, you'll coordinate both virtual and in-person recruitment activities.

This position requires excellent communication skills to address complex inquiries from prospective students and partners, while also supervising the student ambassadors. Your involvement will span various recruitment events throughout Canada and the northeastern United States. Key Responsibilities:

- Represent Schulich at educational institutions and recruitment fairs
- Develop and manage recruitment promotional materials




- Provide cohesive presentations and guidance at events
- Administer logistics for Open Houses and campus tours
- Prepare detailed reports on recruitment performance and activities Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with one year of experience in recruitment
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
- Robust organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in a service-oriented environment
