This role requires supervising a dedicated team of 5-20 employees, offering mentorship and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You'll act as a liaison between operations and clients, prioritizing and planning activities to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements: • Mandatory Red Seal Certification • Minimum 5 years trade and 2 years leadership experience • Familiarity with marine and industrial practices • Solid organizational and communication skills • Ability to obtain Canadian Security Clearance
