? Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs) for exciting travel opportunities across British Columbia. As a Travel MLT, you will perform a range of laboratory procedures and diagnostic tests while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support high-quality patient care.

? Key Responsibilities

- Perform laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, transfusion medicine, and urinalysis
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and analyzers
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of laboratory results
- Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens according to established protocols
- Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory documentation
- Adhere to safety standards, infection control practices, and laboratory regulations

✔ Active registration with the CSMLS and/or relevant provincial licensing body

✔ Medical Laboratory Technologist Diploma/Degree from an accredited institution

✔ Recent laboratory experience preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality assurance standards

✔ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
