Description24/7 Occupational & Emergency Medicine Solutions is looking for Canadian Certified Advanced Care Paramedics (ACP) to work at a large mine in the Bathurst Inlet region of Nunavut. The ACP would be joining a team of medical professionals including Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Advanced Care Paramedics, and Primary Care Paramedics. Our occupational health clinic is supported remotely by a team of ER physicians.Above industry standard compensation, fully covered flights to and from site, 24/7 access to on-call doctors for support, multiple project locations, and a COR Certified safety program are just some reasons to join the 24/7 OEMS team.The Canadian Certified Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) will be expected to practice within the medical directives and formulary as approved by the 24/7 OEMS Medical Director. The ACP will work as part of the on-site and remote clinical team and have access to our 24/7 on-call emergency medicine consultants. Prior experience in occupational medicine and or the provision of care in a remote setting would be an asset.Overview:Location: Remote mining locations in Nunavut (fly-in/fly-out)Shifts: 12-hour (day shifts)Rotation: Two weeks on / two weeks offDuties:Provide medical support for any injuries or illnesses on-siteSupport: Full access to our emergency medicine team for consultationTravel: Flights and accommodations to and from site are providedRequirement: Must hold a current Advanced Care Paramedic licence in valuable standingThe ACPs will be expected to:Provide emergency medical care to injured or ill workers,
