What we are hiring for:

We are currently hiring multiple call-in Direct Support Professionals for our locations across Lambton County.

- Providing support to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and the community
- Teaching and assisting with daily supports (ex. assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication administration, appointments, housekeeping responsibilities and money management)
- Facilitating opportunities for individual skill development, independence, personal growth, cultivating relationships in their community and leisure activities as directed by the person

We provide supports in: Alvinston, Brigden, Corunna, Forest, Petrolia, Sarnia, Oil City, Oil Springs, Watford and Wyoming.

We are also accepting applications for one-to-one support through Passport.

What you will need:

- Valid "G or G2" class license and reliable vehicle
- Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Current certification in First Aid/CPR required
- Current certification in NVCPI or willing to obtain
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is an asset

Compensation and scheduling:

- $23.59 - $24.28 per hour based on experience
- Call-in - not a set rotation
- Scheduled a mixture of days, afternoons,



and weekends
- Opportunities to pick up additional hours (up to 44 hours per week)
