Uniform Works Limited is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our new Mississauga location. This role centers on effective communication and supporting the needs of public safety customers. You will play a key role in assisting active-duty Police, Fire, and EMS personnel in selecting uniforms and accessories.

With your strong customer service background and organization skills, you’ll handle order management and act as a vital link between customers and our team. This position demands multitasking and swift problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in uniform selection
- Provide outstanding service through phone and email channels
- Record order information accurately and efficiently
- Handle inquiries and document resolution paths
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks Requirements:
- 2–5 years of customer service or office administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of supply chain processes desired
- Solid attention to detail in all communications
- Must work onsite in Mississauga Support our public safety clients with your customer service expertise at Uniform Works Limited.
