Mr. Shine Washing Service is a growing mobile RV washing and detailing business serving Victoria and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join us as a part-time/casual washing assistant.
The Job
You’ll work alongside the owner helping with:
- Washing and detailing RVs
- Brushing, rinsing and drying exterior surfaces
- Cleaning RV roofs and wheels
- Setting up and putting away hoses and equipment
- General job-site cleanup
- Assisting with polishing/detailing as you gain experience
No skilled detailing experience is required. Training will be provided.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Physically capable and comfortable being on your feet
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Respectful around customers and their property
- Comfortable working around ladders and RVs
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
Schedule Casual / Part-time
Approximately 1–3 days per week to start, depending on bookings and weather. There may be opportunities for additional hours as the business continues to grow.
This could be a great fit for someone looking for extra income alongside another job, school, or a flexible schedule.
Pay
$22–$25/hour, depending on experience and performance.
Paid training provided.
