Duties

- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire replacements, and engine tune-ups to ensure optimal motorcycle performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues accurately using specialized diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Repair or replace faulty parts including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension components.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble motorcycle parts with precision.
- Conduct safety inspections to verify that all motorcycles meet industry standards and safety regulations before returning them to customers.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs, maintenance procedures, parts used, and time spent on each job for accurate documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest motorcycle technologies,



repair techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training.

Requirements

- Strong mechanical knowledge of motorcycle systems including engines, brakes, electrical wiring, and suspension components.
- Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and socket sets effectively.
- Proficiency with power tools necessary for disassembly and repair tasks.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical problems quickly and accurately while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety standards.
- Prior experience working in a motorcycle repair shop or similar automotive environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Robust communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical issues clearly.
