Take charge of operations at NAPA's Moncton Distribution Center as a Warehouse Process and Systems Specialist. This role focuses on continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Your responsibility will be to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

You'll also be tasked with maintaining standardized operating procedures (SOP) and ensuring the WMS is optimized for daily tasks. Part of your job will involve coaching and training employees, ensuring everyone is aligned with current procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Find opportunities to improve quality, cost, and metrics
- Conduct analyses to identify root-cause problems
- Implement and sustain 5S processes throughout the warehouse
- Promote and track productivity metrics through reports
- Develop and assess training documents for SOP Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant field and 2 years of experience
- Proven skills in process management and performance indicators
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma practices
- Bilingualism in French and English is a plus
